Overhead Press PR , over BW
Please tell me if there is too much knee bend for this lift to count, just strict press but I do bring the hips back slightly to help that drive out the bottom, and with that you can see there is the slightest knee movement. It is 180 lbs at 178lb BW. thanks

You already know the answer - you dipped and drove it.
That is not a "strict" press. |

Not strict, but pretty good. Didn't look like a super push press either. Just tighten it up a little.

All the above are right, but still very impressive. Well done.
To be frank, the only way I can comfortably press (and not push or dip or bend my knees) from the rack position is with a really wide foot stance. All the best, Arden |
