I was thinking the sled pull at "The End" workout of 2011 because that was similar to the pull at the end of the Rope Chipper this year.

It's too bad that it came down to the technique used to pull the sled and net necessarily to "fitness." Davidsdottir had a better technique pulling the sled than Toomey and that's why she beat her. Over the whole Games, it's a great test of fitness, but each individual event so often just comes down to technique instead of fitness. I don't know how to get around that.

Now to settle all of this you just have to crush everything like Fraser.

I didn't realize that but you are correct. that said I did I just found it on the watch ESPN ap on my phone. It's the one from Sunday at 10:30AM...title is 2016 Reebok Crossfit Games Part 1 (Day 6). It's like 7 or 8 hours long.

I thought it might go to Jennifer Smith after watching her struggle through the events despite a foot injury.

I'm satisfied to see Kara Webb receive the award this year. After her terrible Murph last year, she came back this year enthusiastic to do the event again. Kudos to her.
