I've been doing crossfit for about 5 weeks now and been on the zone for the same amount of time... it's taken some adjustment, both mentally and physically... but I must say, THANKS!

I am very satisfied with what I have accomplished so far (checking my bf% tomorrow)! and I can't wait for the months ahead...

I have so much variety in my diet now (thanks to the delicious "Master the Zone" recipes -- i'm eating the stuffed pork chops right now, WOW!) I finally enjoy vegetables (I eat no pasta, rice, breads, and don't miss an ounce of it!), and finally, I'm not overdoing the protein powders and non-nutrional supplements..


my only worry is, where do i get more recipes!?

Frank, check out the Performance menu from Crossfit Norcal:

It is full of tons of useful info that includes some of the best paleo and Zone recipes around!
