Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

Have there ever been any WOD's like this? Someone emailed me this, Ethan Reeve calls this a "combo," Dan John has some similar stuff on his site and Istvan Javorek has a number of these workouts. You load the bar up and do the following in one giant set:

RDL x 3
Power Shrug (from floor) x 3
Power Clean x 3
Squat Clean x 3
Jerk x 3
Box Jump x 3
Chin x 3

This is repeated ten times, starting the combo every 2.5 minutes. I'm going to try these, if there are any in the archive I'd like to check them out.

Thanks Lincoln, based on the responses maybe I'll switch the box jump to OHSQ, if I can figure out a way to change my grip safely.

we frequently use complexes as warmups. It is an opportunity to really hammer form and will get people warm in a very short time.
