seems odd

My running times, when fresh, are always pretty reasonable. I usually run 5k in 22 or 23 minutes. I've noticed however that after doing a work out like cindy i can barely run a few minutes without feeling like i need to stop. My theory is that after a work out like cindy you've elevated to near your lactic acid threshhold and you need some time to come down from that. Would running a few minutes after cindy bring you back up to the threshhold that quickly? Running is not very vigorous... well at a moderate pace atleast. Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: seems odd

After you exert yourself, any physical activity is going to be harder than normal.

That's just how it is.

Muscle fatigue happens. Blood will be pumping all over your body from Cindy rather than solely to your legs/lungs (Cindy is a full body workout, running is not).
