Yes definately better, cracked 2 rounds of unbroken muscle ups. Wall balls still the same, although last round of double unders was pretty ****ty too.

- attempt 2

14 minute amrap:

7 Muscle ups
50 Wall Balls
100 Double Unders - 3 rounds, 1 rep - 472

About 35 seconds faster than last time giving me time for a possible 3 muscle ups, managed one then fell out of top of second, bad failure as it was laziness not lack of power.
