and so on moving up 2 reps - 192 reps

16 reps short of completing 16s, that's still my goal Sunday.

Open WOD 15.2 take two


In 3 minutes:

2 rounds:
10 OHS 43k
10 C2B pull ups

In 3-6 minutes:

2 rounds:
12 OHS 43k
12 C2B PUll ups

In 6-9 mins:

2 rounds of 14 of each and so on.

Got to 3 reps short of completing the 16s so - 205

Got 249 last year but basic difference was that last 3 reps only, if I had got them sure I would of pushed on to around 250 ish again.

Not great but got the 80 when I built back up. I can power 80 but trying to learn to squat snatch it to build a new PB.

So just 3 reps short of 3 rounds. Muscle ups 7, 4/3, 4/3. Wall balls were the hardest part. Going again as usual Sunday, want to get into that 4th round, at least a few muscle ups.

I would concur with the statement that the wall balls were terrible. Everything else actually didn't feel too bad. Good score for your first go. Hope it went even better today.
