Just a thanks to CF for perhaps an unexpected benefit of CF training. I had loudly cracking ankles. I mean real loud, like wake up the sleeping babies loud. Since I have been CFing for a couple of months now, no more cracking ankles. Who knew? Also, I used to have lots of joint pain (knees, shoulders, etc. blah-blah). Now, they feel as good as they have in years. Sincere thanks to CF and the Glassmans!

Well, I second that. I used to have problems with my spine, cracking it twice a day. No more, well I actually tried it but it does not crack any more.
Also my knee problems dissapeared. I believed that after so much squats and sprints it will become worse, but for some reason it became better.
