Irish Hills Elite

Thought I would start a thread on here to track my workouts and progress. I know I won't be as fast or strong as seasoned individuals, but I am a hell of a lot faster and stronger than those not doing anything!

Milestones:
Fran- 6:50
Helen- 8:38
5k Run- 36:03.59
1600m Run- 12:05
Filthy 50- completed this, cannot find my time though!

Today's WOD 130826
"Nuts"
10 push-ups
15 dead lifts
25 box jumps
50 pull ups
100 squats
200 jump ropes
Lap around the yard (350m)

I will post time once complete!

Thrusters at 90 pounds
Pull-ups (substituted for muscle ups)

3x1 overhead snatch at 90

Notes:
WOD was completed at 5:00 am, this is the earliest that I have ever done a WOD. Weight seemed about right for the overhead, but I can increase for the the thrusters. Time was roughly 15/16 minutes for the METCON with a total time of about 20 minutes including warmup and strength.

Notes:
I completed both the lifts at 85 pounds (just starting the second full month of training) but I do feel that the weight can go up to at least 100 for both movements. Burpees felt the best I have experienced yet.

Bicep curls (sub for push-ups due to sore right shoulder) 50
Sumo deadlift high pulls (sub due to no row machine) 50

Total score 284

Last workout of the summer as school starts back up tomorrow!
