One may think "what about butter and cheese?"

This is not a big deal; Im just vary curious on where ya'll stand on these?

Roy,

I support butter and cheese so long as you can tolerate them and they are raw. I have a problem with how we denature and destroy dairy products. Cheese does not sit well with me but when I want to indulge I head to Costco and pick up a block up 2 year aged raw cheddar (you can tell if the cheese is raw by reading the ingredient label and looking for the word milk, on its own, versus pasteurized milk. I believe that the cheese has to be aged at least 6 months to legally be sold if it is made from raw milk.)

Skim milk is a huge source of post-workout calories for me. I eat Cottage Cheese before I go to bed whenever I can find a brand that tastes good.
And good Brie, it goes without saying, is a thing that transcends all food groups and which even a vegan may eat without reproach.
