Talking Chris' 30-day Strict Paleo Diet



Here we go: Day 1.

Breakfast: Decaf coffee and glass of water.

Lunch: Steamed green cabbage, roasted turkey breast, one boiled egg, one banana and a hand full of raw almonds.

Dinner - 07MAR2011 •100g (handful) of cashews
•400g of (in 50-50 proportion):
•boiled green cabbage
•sauteed ground beef (with onions)
•sauteed together in olive oil

•50g mashed sweet potato (olive oil, sea salt)
•150g-200g red grapes
