Charlie's WOD Times

Barbara

Five rounds, each for time of:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Round 1: 2:58.0

Round 2: 3:14.8

Round 3: 3:10.4

Round 4: 3:08.4

Round 5: 3:02.1

Anybody else follow the WOD from the home site? If so I would like to compare times. Just dont make me feel weak. I should get a deducton in time for doing this in my ice cold garage next to the cats litter box!

Today I ran a 10K. My time was 50:15....slower than my last time of 41 something...When I ran the 41 I was racingso maybe that has something to do with it.

Tonight I am working on technique.....tomorrows workout will be:

For time:
400m Run
40 squats
30 sit ups
20 push-ups
10 pull ups

Gonna be a good warmup for the MURPH on wednesday. Can't wait for that one.

400 meter run
40 squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups
10 pull-ups

time was 4:01.2

Doing Murph tomorrow.....will be substituting the body armor for a 20 lb weighted vest
