Charlie's Log

Recap of week:

Mon: thrusters (45 lb bar), Burpees
21-15-9 for time: 5:33.9

Tues: rest

Wed: as many rounds in 20 mins of
5 dead lift 135 lb
5 power clean 135 lb
5 ring dips
5 pull ups

Thurs: 45 lb barbell walking lunges, 50 ft
21 burpees
it was suppose to be 5 rounds for time but I am an idiot and did 7
time was 26:35

Fri: 7 mile foot march with 63 lbs
1:36.54
