Hybrid Friday/Saturday CFCC workout

10 deadhang Pullups
10 parallel bar dips

Time: 8:34

2 800 Meter runs -treadmill 2.0 incline -rest in between.

Single leg squat work

5 rounds of 8 each leg

Left: body weight (plus two overhead squats with PVC)
Right (ACL reconstructed): blue band assisted

Mini Met Con: AMRAP 5 minutes

10 lunges (5 each side)
10 squat thrusts

4.5 rounds

Weight: 175 lbs - lost 13 pounds since 1/13/09
