I recently purchased a loadable sledgehammer from (WFS)

Ryan makes all his own equipment, (yay made in USA!) and this thing is awesome and so well made... He even sent me free shot to load it with just because the order took a few extra days to fill. He also price-matched (actually price-beat) some steelbells for me.

He even recommended a cheaper option that he likes to use- How often have you seen a company NOT try to up-sell their products?

He will answer any questions you have very quickly via email, does custom work, and is just a nice guy.

Just wanted to give some props for good customer service...
