Time of year to open my affiliate

Guys,

I have been planning to open my Affiliate beginning of November. I was wondering what your experiance is for the holiday season starting in November and going through December?

I am trying to find out if i should hold off until Jan. 1 or proceed as planned.

Thank you,

Re: Time of year to open my affiliate

Not that I own one or anything but I think it would be good to establish yourself before the "new years resolution" rush so that people who are interested can come. Although if you do it well (good advertising) I'm sure opening close to the new year could generate substantial people dropping in to check it out.

Not that I'm an affiliate or anything. :P

We started CrossFit Marin in November. It worked out pretty well. Time of year was irrelevant.

I'm shooting for Feb when I get out of the Marine Corps. If I had my way, I'd be starting before hand, so you have something to show the resolution crowd. Since I'm starting later, I plan on having my website up so people can find that I will be starting and I can scoop them up when their goals fail doing the standard box gym crap.

Hey Judd, we are opening in November and are hoping to capitolize on the new years res thing, we are also going to push the idea of starting an exercise program before the holidays to keep from gaining that extra weight during the holidays, especialy with our bootcamp program.

Good luck

Mike
