Don't get much computer time since working at my gym, use to be on a computer 8 hours a day 5 times a week.
Things are going really well, feeling strong and my conditioning seems to have had a jump forwards, beating last years efforts without going to the dark place. Done this today For time: 120 Cals row (5 mins) 50 chest to bar 15 Clean n jerks 60k 12 Clean n jerks 70k 9 Clean n jerks 83k 6 Clean n jerks 92k 3 Clean n jerks 102k - 19.08 Missed jerk on last rep first time around. Good enough to a 3:20 win on comp train and there's some good people on there. |

Yes getting better scores with less effort for sure, on most things, box jumps and using my hips too much still wipe me out a lot more than musclin through things. Pacing also, I'm learning how to transition without stopping, slowing the movement before at the right time so no time is wasted between. |

Pleased with my first attempt at 18.1 but I was doing the threshold training where I was very comfortable for 17 minutes. Going again with a bit more speed on the rower Monday.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been around. Good to see the some of the same names are still here since I left!
I’m pretty done with the strength stuff and thinking of dusting off the ol cf shoes. It would be in limited capacity for a while at first. I saw you’re following comp train. How are you liking it? It looks like the only free programming left is between Bergeron and invictus. That or pay for power athlete or something. I would be following the open athletes level or the performance level from invictus. |

WTG Scott you are a great rower and firing on all cylinders. Keep up the good work. I am feeling better and 90% so I hope that they lob a sweet spot over the plate for me so I can gain some spots. HEHE

Glad to hear your feeling better Vik.
Looks like this week is damage limitation, not a great fan of squatting or max lifts, even if I get a 3 year PB on the clean it will set me back loads. |
