Patrick, thanks. 1 rep being touching both plates adds to it. Is it still 25 with each arm for the 1 arm C&Press, or 50 with each?

DB C&P is 25 reps with each arm in whatever split works for you.

I saw guys doing this workout when I got back from Iraq. To me it's like another routine with a name and a time standard to guage yourself against yourself and others.
That being said when it comes to the "300" what is a time to guage yourself. |

In general these are good points....but a contrary item: ....I have a trainee with no CrossFit training backround who did Filthy Fifty first time Rx'd: 20:07! (a basketball player)
