Update:

just pulled #475 (no straps) but now I'm 185# vs #405 pull back when I was barely 175# a year ago when I started this thread.

Definitely squatting and deadlifting (and not doing 1 hour hamster cardio five days a week) has definitely bulked me up and made me mad stronger.

most recent was during a 5x1 press, then 5x3 PP, then 5x5 PJ and I got 175# for 3.
