BAAAAAAAAD DAY! This is the end of starve/binge mode! Jealous of Amanda's drive, perserverance and results! Diet: better.... 4:30AM- 200, 2.25/2/2 8:30AM- 285, 2.25/2.5/3 1:00PM- 231, 3/1.75/2 6:00PM- 210, 2.5/2/2 8:40PM- 260, 2.5/3/3 Total Calories: 1186 Blocks: 12.5/11.25/12 Exercise: nada....hate working two jobs! Run planned for the AM! |
