menuscus reconstruction.

one of my friends has going to get her miniscus replaced. i know there are 2 ways of going this. 1. using a "plastic" one 2. using a dead guys meniscus. i dont know which they are going to use.

but how would you train someone who had thise surgeries? i would be terrified.
