Guys - in March I am off to the Gulf and am looking for some evil circuits for body weight only. I dont know the set up there, but you can always guarantee being able to crack pull ups, push ups etc. If you have any favourites, please post them here to keep me going. Cheers

i can't get to the gym like i used to, and at home just have a pull-up bar and some dumbbells. i do a lot of hand stand push ups, pull-ups, burpees, pull-ups, and air/tabata squats.
