Atlanta area O Lift Seminar July 8

CrossFit Atlanta and Team Georgia Weightlifting will put on a one day Olympic Lifting Seminar at Flowery Branch High School in Flowery Branch, Georgia on July 8, 2006. 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Head coach will be C. J. Stockel, of Team Georgia Weightlifting, USA Weightlifting International Coach, Head Coach Jr. Team 2006 Pan American Games.

Cost $100 per person. This will be hands on, and patterned after the CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification course of Coach Mike Burgener, but will only last one day, rather than two, and will not result in any certifications.
