hey y'all, just starting out here and want to start tracking performance
yesterdays WOD: "Cindy" Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Squats 12 rounds + 2 pullups. getting better! |

thanks! i've actually been doing the WOD (mostly scaled) for a couple weeks now. this is after a few years of smoking (i quit last november) and not exercising. i feel great!

For time: 100 Pull-ups 100 Push-ups 100 Sit-ups 100 Squats Post time to comments. i did: 60 Pull-ups 60 Push-ups 60 Sit-ups 60 Squats in 17:00 i broke them into 6 sets of 10. pullups by far take the longest. |

missed a few postings but these are the last few that i can remember:
Sunday 070617 21-18-15-12- and 9 rep rounds of: 95 pound Deadlift 95 pound Hang power clean 95 pound Front squat 95 pound Push jerk go through 18 and 15 reps of 65 lbs and my shoulder gave out on me, didn't want to push too hard. i think the weight was too much Friday 070615 Overhead squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps Post loads to comments. i was all set to do squats, but then i realized the limiting factor for this wasn't my leg strength but rather shoulder strength so i decided to do shoulder presses instead. 3x 65 lbs 3x 75 lbs 3x 75 lbs 3x 75 lbs 3x 75 lbs 3x 75 lbs 3x 75 lbs Thursday 070614 Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: 15 Double-unders 15 Burpees 15 Box Jump 15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent did rounds of 10 for 15 mins subbed tuck jumps for DUs and 10 pushups for rope climb (not ideal, but had to make do) total: 5 rounds plus 10 tuck jumps & 10 pushups |
