Training help
I just got the Bodyweight workout resource off this site and need training help.
http://board.crossfit.com/showthread.php?t=50739 I need help with putting a routine together. I'm pretty sure I would pick the wrong arrangement of WOD's. I have access to a pullup bar and dumbbells. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. |

Re: Training help
There is another thread about building routines based around bodyweight workouts that I found helpful. I pulled this link from there:
http://www.cftally.com/offsite-wods-blog/ They give WODs that require little to no equipment. |
