Re: WODs, gaining, and absence of OLY

i also suggest that you go read through the threads in the nutrition section as this has been discussed numerous times on these boards... and then look through through all the threads in this area on wendler, GSLP, etc... you are not the first with this exact same question...

also go to tnation.com and read through the articles there...

bottom line, lift heavy stuff and eat big.

Jesus guys. How often were you sitting on the porcelain-throne with that much eating?

Making sure you have decent form is another biggy. If your squat sucks, 25% of the program sucks so post some videos in the digital coaching or ask one of those powerlifting guys watch you for a bit. I've always found it to be way more of a compliment than a nuisance when people ask me "How's my squat look?"

Re: WODs, gaining, and absence of OLY

I was able to sneak away with DB C&J or one arm DB snatch at the uni gym besides Oly drills with bar only. You probably could too.

2 arm DB/KB snatch is something I find odd and not as transferable to a barbell.

Any of the Strength Bias programs, except CFSB, should work. Westside+CF, CFFB, GSLP, 70sBig, 531+CF. You could do SS if you don't give a frack about doing WODs.

And eat big, just don't eat crap.
