It varies depending upon my time and listening to my body. I

The HQ daily WOD is the core of what I do. I often follow it with the MonkeyBarGym WOD.
I do yoga on the weekends and rest days.
I run 3 days a week following the FIRST (Run Less Run Faster program).
1 day a week I do cycling intervals (2:40 secs all out 5 min rest 8 rounds).
1 day a week I do KB max O2 program.

On Crossfit Rest Days I usually do a lite Probodx workout and yoga.

Sprinkle in some agility ladders, jumping rope.

Most mornings I do Tabata squats, burpees, turkish getups, powerwheel sprints, bridging, handstands/pushups, some pullups, hill sprints, and some isometrics. I will often do fast workouts that I get from Ross Emanait or Wildman Training.

I also do some daily mobility training such as Adrian Crook's Inflex training, Z Health, Prasara Yoga, etc.

Mix in some Tai Chi, and occasional Pilates.

I'm currently training for our state highschool oly meet so I'm really focusing in on that right now so the schedule looks about like this:

Monday/Thursday: Strength exercises (heavy split jerks, presses, squats, front squats, heavy cleans and snatches, OHS, etc.)

Tuesday/Friday: Technique (barski cleans and snatches, hang cleans and snatches, snatch drops and landings, clean pulls, etc.)

Wednesday: Max effort on C&J and Snatch.

Saturday/Sunday: Rest with usually a 2 mile run on Saturday.

The competition is a month out, and probably on week 3 I'll start going really heavy (as in nothing lighter than 80%) and then really pull back on the week of the competition and just work on technique and resting. So far what I've been doing is working for me as I've seen my total go up 25 pounds in 3 weeks. I'm pulling the workouts from www.mikesgym.organd www.cathletics.com (both w/f/s)
