Re: Share your fitness regimen

During summers and winters, Matial arts instruction ( I teach, not much of a workout for me) M-F, kick boxing workouts W and F. CF heavy oriented WODS T and R.

While at school, Army PT on MWF, SS styled workouts T and R (no O-lifting in the campus gym, bastards) with a concentration day on Saturday for whatever I feel needs work.

Pending me having the money, I'd like to start affiliate training in december after I finish the Army's basic officer leader course.

Some great ideas. Thanks.
I will share my own current plan. (It may change tomorrow when I get a chance to read Rutman's ME BLack Box)
But so far my thought is.....
Mon-Wed-Fri
Xfit WOD scaled as necessary
Tues - Thurs
TB weight training as able
Sat-Sun
BW work and Rest

Re: Share your fitness regimen

as of right right now:
upper body only, mostly gymnastics related stuff, with weighted pull ups and dips thrown in for good measure. but this won't be for more than a week or so as its going to be extremely high volume high intensity.

Re: Share your fitness regimen

just the WODs as RXed or scaled when appropriate. 3 on 1 off. "that's it."

Re: Share your fitness regimen

As a newbie, I'm surprised at how many people don't mention WOD, or how infrequent they are.... am I missing something?
