This morning my time was 1:30.6

I was tapping 1:29 the first 400m, then I made my mistake. I remembered my HW Crew coach yelling 'Power Ten!'on the last 100m of our 2000m seat races. So, I did a 'power ten'. My stroke count went from 35 to 29. Next time I'll skip the power ten.

I'll break 1:30 next time.
