Nutritional/Weight Loss Challenges

I was trying to organize a plan for a Nutritional/Weight Loss Challenge for my box. I wanted to poll box owners/coaches to see what positive/negative experiences they've had, any specific things participants liked or disliked, etc.

I've done Whole30 in the past and have also done an ******** 24 day challenge, in addition to being a general Paleo-nerd.
