Well,
that sounds reputable and I may stand corrected but lifting the loads you're lifting at your bodyweight I don't think many of us here save Coach B, and Riptoe, are qualified to tell you how to improve your lifts.

Um... I concur. 115# DB snatches... think I'll hang it up now... before I feel any worse about my wimpy lifts!

You are a beast!!! Period. Plain and Simple. Phil and I do these once or twice a month. Sometimes we work our way to that weight, but I normally stop at around 80 or 90. Phil can do the 120s at our gym, but it's with no squat. We've done them with the 7 foot bar and worked our way up to 95 pounds - I can remember looking at his 350 body in a full squat position with one arm behind his back and reminding him it was a PR......his response and facial expression was priceless, an image I'll never forget......again, you are a beast!!!
