You got that right.. And most of them has butts that show a huge lack of squatting and deadlifting.

Which time?

Since the age of 21, I've weighed anywhere from 118 lbs to 174 lbs. That's not including pregnancy.

I'm entitled to an opinion simply because he asked for our opinion. He just didn't like my opinion. And, the men plastered all over magazines are "fashion" also. And, women who lift generally don't like the manorexic American Apparel look. Audience is key.

A couple of decades ago when I was 18-19 I rowed lightweight crew, and my Friday weigh in target was 147! I was skinny as a rail. You definitely have more muscles than I did then, but, then, I am 6'2". You look like other guys on our crew did; and lightweight max weight is 155.

You probably weigh about 150, I'd guess.

It's alright, but you and Michael Dowling have to share the prize.

Re: I need you to guess what I weigh. (Pic)

I use to be skinny due to Paleo and CrossFit. I now am firmly in the hard to kill and generally more useful camp.

I still love CrossFit and met-cons but believe an adult male needs to have enough strength to Rx all Hero WODs in a reasonable time.

If this level of strength doesn't exist then heavy barbells should be lifted in an organized manner followed by ample quantities of good food until the strength deficiency is eliminated.

This is 100% my personal experience and observation.

It is your body and your goals do with it as you will.

True, true. Your goals are YOUR goals and no one else's.
