It wasn't so much a matter of making me happy as it was to irritate you. Kidding, of course.

I do actually prefer my shaved look and feel. I just had too much damned hair before; both front and back.

The best part is that I can deadlift the pre-CrossFit Mark also, which I couldn't do a month or two ago. Now, I could use him as my deadlifts in a WOD...if I still did WODs .
Now now...this is my testimonial, not yours.

Seriously though...you're welcome to deadlift me if we ever do meet. I would say that I'd let you snatch me, but that might come across wrong.

Well, my husband says, "I can't shave my body hair. Where would I STOP? My ankles?" Heh.

I can't snatch you...yet. But, the Dark Side will get me there.

Seriously going to share your testimonial, though. Good stuff.

You're welcome to it. It doesn't hold a candle to what you've done, but I'm still pretty proud.

Dude, give me a freaking break. I haven't done crap. Let me state that for the record. I got off my lazy @ss and went back to the gym just like thousands of other people. All I did differently was post bikini pics and talk incessantly about myself. That doesn't make me special except in my own delusional online universe.

So, yeah, this would be YOUR testimonial. Which will inspire just as many people as any of the nonsense that I've ever posted. Good on you.

All a matter of perspective, I suppose. Of all of the testimonials that I have read, yours made the most difference to me.

False humility doesn't become you, Tam. You've made tremendous changes that literally MILLIONS of people will never even approach. You know it too.

Dude, don't make me cry. Crying is not bad@ss. But, it's not false humility. I can control what I eat and how hard I work, but I can't control whatever natural athletic ability I have or whatever genes I have that gave me visible abs. So, YES, I know I've made tremendous changes, and believe me, I am damn proud of them. But, the decision to change and the ability to stick with that decision is what I'm proud of. I get up every day and get my $h*t done, but I love it.

So, no, I sure as hell am not a humble person. But, I was a sarcastic, obnoxious know-it-all way before CrossFit came into my life. I sense that your sarcasm and humor probably existed before CrossFit as well .

Let's go back to talking about you now, k?

Dunno what you're talking about.

I would, except your sig says this:

Quote:
"Sit down. Shut up. Now watch me. Now watch me."
I'm too in awe of you to talk about me.

Thank you, Todd. I appreciate it. It was fun to write that.

I figured out a better option. My Uncle Homer works in a nuclear power plant. He gave me some heavy water to use instead of the heavy sand. I'll be okay with this stuff, right?
