Re: One year of eating "clean" and lifting kind of heavy with pics

Nice work, Taminator!

I've checked out your Fitday before, but of course, now I want another peek because I ate two porkchops today and two handfuls of pecans and assorted other stuff.

Haha, thanks.

But I will not rest until my chest is at least bigger than my stomach. I plan to accomplish this by picking up heavy things repeatedly every day. And steak....lots of steak.

i'd really love to know what's going on with your metabolic function/cortisol levels if you're still 290 with rugby, crossfit, and paleo eating for over a year...even with your injuries

I must admit, I was wondering the same thing, Jason.

*shrugs shoulders* I'm paleo most of the time but I still cheat. Perhaps I cheat more than I think or go nuts when I do cheat.
I was 250 before the knee injury.

why don't you fitday for a week or two? the knee injury was less than 6 months ago, right? there's something serious awry if you're a) working out enough when healthy that sitting on a couch with a knee injury would cause a 40lb gain and b) eating enough for that kind of weight gain

I didn't eat good when I first got injured. And I didn't train as hard as I could in the first few months. I was released for full work at the end of May/beginning of June.
I eat a lot, but I don't lift enough to justfity eating a lot. That's probably the problem. I'm trying to change that now, Chaos and Pain style.
