which bench is better for SS?

my gym has both of these benches which one should i use?

Two different exercises.

The one on the right is a standard hyper. Maximum tension on the muscle will be at the end of the movement, when the torso is parallel to the ground.

The one on the left is a 45 degree hyper. Maximum tension is at the middle of the movement.

Both have value.

By way of comparison, a good morning is the same movement, but with maximum tension at the bottom of the movement.

Maximum tension always occurs when you are directly opposing gravity (torso parallel to ground).
