Have y'all seen the epic meal site?

Here is quite possibly the best use of bacon ever -- encasing a pig, that is being smoked.... while the pig itself is impregnated with a bacon wrapped turducken!

there are a few foul words that are "bleeped" but it is otherwise WFS

I was served a plate of food that included bacon. The plate of food was finished but I left the bacon untouched and gave it to someone else, because bacon sucks.

I strain leftover bacon fat and keep it in the fridge. It's good for things like stir-frying, scrambled eggs, etc. The other day I noticed I had accumulated a whole lot of it -- over a quart. We cook a lot of bacon.

But I needed to make room in the fridge, so I scraped all that fat into a dutch oven, heated it to 375F, and fried wings in it.

A little Frank's Red Hot, a little melted butter... good, good stuff.
