what if you had a chance to make WOD

what would it be like and what will you call it. mine is as fallows

100 meter sprint
150 crunches
200 meter sprint
150 push-ups
100 meter sprint
then a 10 second pushups 10 second situps until faliur

im not sure what i would call it but in its name there should be a remmemmbrence of all paramedic/fire fighters/ and police officer who were killed on the line of duty

i see sprinting is very important and crossfit has no sprinting
so i added that

Re: what if you had a chance to make WOD

First to reply ehh? Since lots of "New WoD" threads exists maybe we should be more specific on this ones aim. How about this, Omar:

What would the workout that would reflect your personality the most be? What is the Dream WoD you would love to find on the whiteboard one day? Maybe you have a real short attention span? Like crazy exercises? Like grueling high rep slogs? What do you want to make people suffer through

For me:

5 rds for time:
5 muscle ups.
Push a truck 50m up a slight grade

because I love muscle ups (I learned them before I learned about CF), because I think there is nothing quite as functional an application for brute strength as pushing a vehicle, and because it would be fun watching people struggling to get that truck up that slope.

Judging by his post history, I'm beginning to suspect that he's a troll.

You could call it:

"The WOD to remember all paramedics, firefighters and police officers who were killed in the line of duty"

I don't think there is enough curls in the WODs. Mine would be- 5 rounds of 10 45# hammer curls, 10 200# leg presses (1/4 ROM), 50 calories burned on an eliptical.

Re: what if you had a chance to make WOD

6 rounds for time
20 95# overhead squats
50m 50# walking lunges
20 Pull Ups
25 Squats
Run 200m

I would Call it Durgin in memory of SGT Russell Durgin 1-32 Infantry 10th Mountain Division.

See i make up my own in remembrance of friends and mentors killed in action. And i do them on the anniversary of there sacrifice.
