I bet, that would be it for me, keeping them inplace and not getting fatigued. That looks like a killer. I bet my 40's(18k) would be more then enough for this workout.

Its nasty Nik, you get through the deads and cleans and then you have to keep them upright on your shoulders for the PP, this is fine until you get close to your limit and 32k each was definately mine this time around, give it a go with your 18's in one of your breaks, its a nice little blast.

By coincidence I flicked through your log today looking for a metcon and see your DB complex, you got me by 4lb with 70's, but then you have improved also since then.

Re: A Bears Tale

15 February 2011

Looking through the CF Journal I see an article about 'Volume Training' and how it works best with gymnastic movements like hspu's. I got to try it out this means. You hit your chosen number on the minute for 20 minutes and your not allowed more than 1 rep difference between your first and last effort which means picking your starting amount of reps carefully.

HSPU's on the min for 20 minutes:
3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3/3 = 60 reps

This was done at work as no bosses in this afternoon

Well if me and you did not hear about the competition its lost any credit, we will have to inform head office to take there page down from the games site.

Not heard a thing about sectionals, have a feeling its going to be a rush job the week before they begin, probably credit card details etc.
