Good Luck...

Bobby, one clean hit with those club-hammers and I'm clean out of the cage...probably through the roof too, lol!!!

Don't worry, I never do anything I don't think I can win at...study and homework has been done...plans put in place...training in progress...

I've received some PM's from the others, thanks!

Sorry if I offended. I didn't mean to make fun of your fight. This is a great opportunity for you to test yourself against a big name fighter. I wish you the best of luck and will be rooting for you.

I realize Bob Sapp is a monster sized guy, and I wouldn't take him lightly either. I suppose I based my opinion on those early fights I watched before I really got into fighting. I always thought he would dominate based on his size alone. How quickly I forgot about that skill can beat size.

There, that should say it all. It sounds like you are doing the right thing both mentally and physically. Best of luck to you.:biggrinthumb:

No matter what the outcome, you'll still have my respect.:highfive:

You are a crossfiter man, find a way to leverage your superior conditioning get him mad, stay out of his way till he is tired then make your move. He has way to much meat to fuel for a long time.

I remember in one K-1 where Bob Sapp trained hard as h*ll for it and fought the whole thing without gassing. Don't underestimate Bob Sapp.

Don't be awed or intimidated by his size.

Come in as light and fast as you can. You already know you are not going to outmuscle him, so maximize your advantages in speed and stamina.

Make sure your footwork is solid, you want to control where the fight happens.

Do what you can to make him work harder than you are having to work. George Foreman was way bigger, stronger and harder hitting than Ali . . ..
