Ron - actually I have been thinking about it already. I think it would be fun and my mom and brother live in Los Angeles so I could visit them too. Depends on the dates.

Beth, that would rock! I hope lots of Crossfitters from the board make it down.

Ron, Don't forget Mikki Martin.

Tag Team! LOL. G.L.O. ...erm.. no, that's not right...wrong "sport".

Laura,
Sit and Stand is coaches invention, as well as the Healthlift. We will be changing the name of one of our favorite Krav Maga drills to the Ramona Health March soon.

Jeff, Ramona Health March...Much more positive image. Still a killer workout. Or so I hear. Yet to make it to a Krav class...SOON, SOON!

I remember you telling me about the sit and stand when teaching me deadlift form. Healthlift=deadlift?

Funny you should be talking about that. I just showed my older daughter the deadlift on Saturday. She did it better than me because she sat and then stood (sit and stand). My form gives me backaches!!
Please don't include in the competition! (now I'm doomed!)

Ron,
If you noticed my post, my 6 year old did that workout with us. He did 8 rounds. He even beat Connor. (I know I am getting soft, but we did adjust the weight and distance for him)

I can just see Connor in a few years watching Duncan beat all his times..."I wish I had started crossfit when I was 6..." ;)

Ron, my step-mom beat my best deadlift on her first try. She's was a shipbuilder, so I shouldn't be surprised.

I still think it is funny that the 13 year old is our "pace car' during the WOD at our gym. It is made even more embarassing when he shows up after cross country practice and still beats everybody. Do we get to enter Connor in the SoCal challenge? Can we find a kilt small enough for him?

Great, now I have to watch out for Jeff's kids in the competition!!
Is there no dignity for a fat old guy like me??
I didn't think so!
Laura,
Have step-mom join in the fun in March! Looks like the ladies' division is getting interesting!

Remember Sara's motto: I'm not seven anymore, Sifu! Yes, we need Connor in the Challenge!

I think the women's division will have to limp along without the step mom. I don't want to be embarrassed in front of my friends!
