Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

It just took me a while to accept that someone tells me how to train, as I've been telling others what to do for years.

Paul, I understand what you are saying. I too have been training others for years, however, after only a few hours on the CF website, it was clear to me that this is THE program. I attended the CF certification back in September, and after that I hit the 'clear' button on most of the knowledge I gained from education, certifications and experience. I now have a program that offers proven results and my client base is approaching 60 people who are enjoying the transition.

Skip and Larry, I couldn't agree more with what you said. The way I was training myself and my clients was somewhat close to Crossfit, but when I found out about it, I realized it was what I was looking for. I am looking at doing the certification next year, as soon as I can organize a trip to the US.
