Gourmet Nutrition - The cookbook for the fit food lover

I was just wondering...has anyone purchased and used this cookbook? I saw the author on the morning news, and based on information provided by the website, it sounds pretty good. If anyone has some feedback, I'd love to hear it. Thanks!

I have the e-book of version 1.0. I like it. Not sure I'd pay $40 for 2.0 because I already have the first version. Most of JB's stuff can be found online. http://www.precisionnutrition.com/ (w/f/s)
Join the fourm and go check it out. There is loads of info there. I learned quite a bit from JB's books and online articles. He knows his stuff! After buying most of his books I realized it's prettty much the same as the online stuff just a little more detailed. Not a bad investment

I've been looking hard for a good Paleo cookbook... is this anything similar? I know it can't be that difficult to come up with clever paleo meals, since the list of ingredients can be pretty limited... but my cooking experience is limited largely to microwave easy-mac back in college, so i'll take whatever I can get

Hey Kevin, yeah I'd been there once or twice before, but now they're bookmarked. I was looking for more of an actual cook book with binding and stuff, but that works too. Thanks

Re: Gourmet Nutrition - The cookbook for the fit food lover

I agree with Dan, i was given a copy of precision nutrition and all the info can pretty much be found within the articles on JB's site.

I've put together a paleo cookbook! You can find it at www.paleocookbook.com W/F safe

I've also got some more paleo recipes on my computer, if anyone's interested shoot me an e-mail and i'm happy to pass them on. Or, if there's interest i can put them into a PDF document and put it into one of my posts for easy download.

Nice Steve, I actually found that before and completely forgot it existed. Thanks, it'll do just fine!

Nikki, I'd love to take a look at them, as I'm sure would many others on here. Share the delicious wealth!

Sorry for the super slow reply, been crazy busy.. plus my computer crashed which never helps anything.

I've got some paleo recipes up on my webpage. www.feedthefitness.com

I aim to have new recipes put on the site on a regular basis, so feel free to bookmark the site and check back every now and then!
