I've only been doing this crossfit stuff for like a month but I really feel like I'm getting in much better shape now than I ever have. I'm not gassing out in my Muay Thai class as I used to and just yesterday I did 84 pushups in a minute which I'm impressed with since when I was younger, I never thought I could ever reach 10. Crossfit rules!

The gains you make here are pretty impressive. The "not gassing" (for me in BJJ) was one of the first things I really noticed, too, and it's a major plus.

now I feel like I can go for 5 3-minute rounds when I compete in Muay Thai. My cardio and endurace have really improved. Even my striking power has improved, when kicking a heavy bag, I messed up one of the thingies that hangs the bag.

Dan, I noticed the same thing. I used to train only one day a week in Muay Thai, and when I started CrossFit, it really kicked things up a notch in every area. I'm missing my MT training, lately, but I do try to attend a couple of classes a month. CrossFit is perfect complement for fight training. I took up Krav Maga after doing this for a while and CF is great conditioning for self defense as well. It helps you work through adrenaline and exhaustion.
