Meal replacement shake

I'm looking for a good meal replacement shake to help me with my wod, weightloss, and cut down on my morning carb intake. Progenex is what my box recommends. Any other thoughts or suggestions?

Re: Meal replacement shake

If you are looking for a meal replacement I would assume you would want something that contains protein, carbs, and fats, no? Perhaps some vitamins and minerals?
