Zone Ration Meal Replacement Shake - Perfect Blocks
Check out www.perfectblocks.com (wfs), this is a new meal replacement I tried at the Games this year (official vendor) and it was awesome. Each scoop is 1 block of protein, carbs, fats. need a 4 block meal on the go? 4 scoops and 8oz of water and you are good. If you are a coffee drinker, mix with coffee for a Zone Mocha!!

Less then steller ingredients and pretty expensive. Could probably make something better and cheaper at trueprotein. Dont know why anyone does the zone though.
