I'm in for both challenges.

Is it possible that after our quick five-day break from school my feet grew? My shoes are a LOT tighter than before.

5:45AM WOD

DL 3-3-3-3-3
PR 151lbs.

Nice to see so many people out at 5:45. We had 9, including Brett! We almost ran out of plates!
Think I'll pass on the Pullup challenge this time. I can't seem to get the rhythm of the Kip... but I'm going to take this month to work on it!

95#, was able to complete 4minutes + 18

12/1 pullup challenge to date = 50
squat clean challenge = 9reps @ 45#

Looks like I'm only in for the pullup challange. My back wasn't squat-friendly today. It's gonna be upper-body at least this week. I hope to try out the low back again tomorrow.
Pullup Challange day1 12/1: 70

Funny thing, I have been out for 5 days. I wonder if there'll be soreness from these.

every minute on the minute, clean and jerk 135#, reps match the minute your on.

10 minutes + 14

squat clean challenge 9/115#
pull up challenge 50

gonna feel it tomorrow.
