Some of you guys may already know about this one but I was recomended this site today by an Army PTI that specilizes in rehab.
So I thought I would share it with everyone

http://med.umich.edu/1libr/sma/sma_index.htm

Like the disclaimer says it not a subsitute for treatment/diagnosis, but if you have an injury and you know what it is it gives you and explaniation of it and ways to treat and prevent them , The site is in plain english (or spanish) and has heaps of rehab exercises to get you back on your feet/arms/back whatever.

A quick check and i found alot of the injuries people have been talking about lately, even my own "shoulder sublaxation"

Fast full rehab to all.

Fantastic site, thanks much. I just bookmarked it to my favorites.

Hope your shoulder is doing better with rehab. I followed your posts before I made the jump into CF a few weeks ago.
