7 months in.....
Here is an update on my progress. The picture of the left was taken the week before I started crossfit, I was 290 lbs. Believe it or not, at one point I was actually 25 lbs heavier. The picture on the right was taken yesterday. I'm at 198.5 lbs. I couldn't believe that I got under 200 lbs!!! I'm 28 and I probably haven't been at this weight since I was a sophomore or junior in high school. I still have a long ways to go but I wanted to share where I'm at.

Wow you've lost almost 200lbs in 7 months!! Congrats Mark it takes a lot of dedication and hard work to do what you're doing. Keep it up

Thanks everyone. I'm also proud to report that I am officially off of high blood pressure meds. That was probably my biggest goal when I began crossfit.
