And a thread reunion would be awesome. Will anyone be around San Antonio / Austin in early January? If so we can meet up and I'll buy you a beer.

It's no worries, didn't think you were pounding it or anything. lol
Haven't really been pounding anything lately. Except tacos today. 4 carnitas and 6 beef take home for later. Carnitas ones being dollar specials are on the small side.

And I got a small bag of Hershey's kisses. Might pound those too.

And maybe the...I think I won't be that crass.

Wodtober Scottsdale is on for this Saturday and hopefully training somewhere in Phoenix/Scottsdale Friday night. Hopefully EVCF. StrongMan sounds fun but gotta max out Sn/CJ.

Caffeine and Kilos bruddah's!

Sorry, I'm a sellout now.

Currently I think i'm at about 12-14% bodyfat.. just outside of the visible abs range. For some reason I've never been able to drop below that, not even during swimming or cross country and track in high school. My plan is to cut out all the obvious unhealthy stuff like ice cream and beer and add some HIIT and ab training a couple times a week on top of my current training.

What are your guys' thoughts on weighted ab training? I always assumed it was better since you would think abs grow like any other muscle.. better with weights and less reps than hundreds of crunches
you already have gotten good advice, and you already know this, but it may well be that your best bet to reach your goal is to lay off CF for the next two month and do something specific to your goal, both for diet and workout
