So you think you are flexible?

I saw this on fitness reddit and figured you guys would like it. I just did it and it was rough, good luck.

Looks like a decent series of stretches, and trains the lower back to stay tight. Benefits of this would probably be similar to some yoga routines.

Yea it's a good one, useful when you sit down for a good part of the day like I do as a desk jockey.
